Meals for Minds Food Scholarship

Meals today, success tomorrow

The Meals for Minds Food Scholarship provides short-term support to students experiencing food insecurity. Food insecurity is when people don't have enough to eat and don't know where their next meal will come from. This scholarship helps ensure that all Jaguars have access to nourishing meals so students can focus on their studies and well-being.

Scholarship eligibility

To be awarded the scholarship, students must be a registered shopper at Paws’ Pantry.

  1. To register, visit Paws’ Pantry client portal and log in using your IU credentials.
  2. After logging in, you’ll be asked to complete the registration form.
  3. Once your registration form is complete, you can select an appointment time to schedule your first appointment.

There is a limit of two awards per semester, per student for Jaguars experiencing food insecurity or limited access to meals.

How to apply

You can apply for a Meals for Minds Food Scholarship by completing a Care and Support Referral form, and a staff member will follow up with you as soon as possible with next steps.
