Work order responses will remain the same.
Housing on-call for resident support and emergency response will still be in place. (Lockouts, emergency work orders, etc.)

For students going home and returning in the spring:
Students returning home should leave their residential space by 12 noon Nov. 25.
Residents may leave their items but should be prepared for an extended stay away by:
taking out trash, removing nonperishable items, unplugging small appliances and turning off lights. (Do not unplug refrigerators.)
making sure windows are closed and valuable items are removed from their vehicle if the vehicle is remaining on campus.
taking their keys and locking their door.
Residents will not have access back into their space during the online-only session, so they should take everything they will need while they are away, including medications, books, chargers, important personal items, etc.
Returning in the spring is anticipated to be a scheduled arrival with arrival testing. Please continue to check your email for these details.
As new on-campus residents will join the residence life community this spring, please be sure to help welcome them and help them feel settled!
For additional questions, please email reslife@IU Indianapolis.edu and a member of the housing team will respond as soon as possible.

However, print requests sent in through our form at mpc.IU Indianapolis.edu from faculty, staff, student organizations and general students will still be monitored during that time. Turnaround time for a print job will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will coordinate a pick-up time with the person requesting the print job. The option to deliver the posters to an office on campus is still available should that be necessary.
Should a student organization need assistance with a group account, passphrase reset, duo access or website during this time please contact Nathan Mugg at jmugg@IU Indianapolis.edu.
