What's one fun fact about your job that people don't know?
Many of our large-scale unit events are planned by our University Student Organizations (USO’s) like Regatta, Jagapalooza and Jagathon. It’s been a challenging yet rewarding shift from planning events to coaching students on how to plan and manage events.
How do you like to unwind after a busy day?
After a stressful day, I enjoy playing the piano. It’s a great way for me to help my brain disconnect from stress or things that are weighing on my mind.
What's one small, daily habit that brings you joy?
Snuggling with our cat Alice is my daily highlight. She loves to be brushed and will meow at us every night before bed until we brush her.
What's one life lesson you've learned that you think everyone should know?
Change is opportunity. If you can lean in and participate in change, you can help influence what that change will look like.
